Hi, We are Hiring Event Managers for Noida Location- Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Events Lead with 56 years of experience in the IT industry. This role will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact events - including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer engagement programs - that enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Event Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive annual events calendar aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, leadership) to define event goals, messaging, and KPIs. Event Execution & Management Lead execution of industry conferences, hosted events, and digital webinars globally. Manage all logistics including vendor coordination, booth design, collaterals, merchandise, on-site branding, and travel planning. Lead Generation & ROI Measurement Partner with the digital team to run pre-event and post-event campaigns for maximum engagement. Track event ROI, lead quality, and conversion outcomes; prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations. Customer & Partner Engagement Orchestrate CXO roundtables, closed-door discussions, and partner showcases to build stronger relationships. Own customer speaker engagement and testimonial initiatives around events. Content & Creative Coordination Work closely with content and design teams to develop compelling event materials—presentations, booth graphics, handouts, microsites, etc. Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all touchpoints. Desired Skills & Qualifications: 5 - 6 years of B2B marketing experience in the IT / tech services industry Proven track record of executing large-scale physical and virtual events across geographies Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills Hands-on experience with event tools, CRM, webinar platforms and marketing automation Creative flair with strong attention to detail Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities MBA in marketing, Communications, or related field Nice to Have: Experience in ABM campaigns with event integrations Knowledge of digital and hybrid event production workflows Exposure to international IT markets (US predominantly) Interested candidates may share their updated cv at sanjana.vaish@agreeya.com
