Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Faculty located in Kozhikode / Kannur / Kochi. The Human Resource Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering HR-related curriculum, conducting training sessions, and mentoring students. Additionally, the role involves developing course materials, evaluating student performance, and staying updated with HR trends and best practices to incorporate into the academic programs.

Qualifications

2-3 year

• Experience in designing and delivering HR-related activities
• Strong mentoring and student engagement skills
• Proficiency in developing course materials and evaluating student performance
• Up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
