Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Faculty, located in Kozhikode. The Human Resource Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering HR curriculum, conducting workshops and training sessions, advising students on career paths, developing HR-related content, and evaluating the progress of students. The role also includes coordinating with other faculty and administration for the overall development of the HR program.

Qualifications

2-3 year Industrial Experience in HR filed or Management Filed.

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge in various HR functions including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management
• Ability to develop HR-related content and evaluate student progress
• Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools

Location :- Calicut

Job Type :- Full time / Part Time

Working Time :- 9.30 to 2.30 ( Part Time)

:- 9.30 to 5.30 ( Full Time)
