Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the HR department in daily administrative and documentation tasks. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in employee record management, helping with onboarding and exit formalities, and supporting the HR team with various day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation
  • Support in handling joining formalities and exit processes
  • Coordinate for attendance and leave data updates
  • Help in preparing letters, forms, and reports as needed
  • Maintain HR-related files and ensure they are up to date
  • Follow up with employees for required documentation

Key Requirements:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to handle paperwork and maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn and support the HR team in all routine activities
  • Freshers with internships or exposure to HR/admin tasks can also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift
