About the Role

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  end-to-end recruitment processes

  including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support

  onboarding and induction

  activities for new hires.
• Maintain and update

  employee records

  and internal HR databases.
• Assist in drafting

  offer letters, internship letters, and HR documents

  .
• Help plan and execute

  employee engagement initiatives

  and office events.
• Support the HR team in maintaining compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
  
• Coordinate with teams for

  attendance tracking, leave management

  , and other general HR operations.
• Contribute to

  performance tracking

  , feedback documentation, and maintaining confidentiality of HR data.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a

  Bachelors or Master’s degree

  in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Basic understanding of HR processes and willingness to learn.
  
• Proficient in

  MS Office / Google Workspace

  tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  On-site (Warangal Office)

• Working Days:

  Monday to Friday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

• Certificate:

  Internship completion certificate will be provided upon successful completion.
