Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Interview Scheduling & Coordination

Responsible for scheduling skills and final interviews, targeting 25 interview completions per day.
Use interview scheduling tools like Hirepro and Hirevue for all interview coordination.
Ensure all stakeholders follow the interview scheduling template.
Monitor interview progress from scheduling to completion, identifying and resolving roadblocks.
Provide real-time suggestions to reduce interview cancellations, no-shows (candidate or interviewer), and unscheduled interviews.
Liaise with the tech team to fix any technical issues affecting interview completion.
Report daily scheduling progress and challenges to recruitment leadership.

Coordination with Recruiters

Educate recruiters on interview scheduling processes and template compliance.
Work closely with recruiters to address issues such as insufficient information, candidate no response (CNR), and candidate no show (CNI) in real-time.

Coordination with Empaneled Interviewers (EIs)

Block interviewers calendars and schedule interviews through Hirepro/Hirevue.
Educate hiring managers on using interview scheduling platforms effectively.
Communicate clear dos and don'ts to ensure interviews run smoothly.
Follow up regularly to ensure interviewers join on time.
Collect interview feedback post-interview through the tool.

Coordination with Candidates

Schedule candidate interviews and block their calendars using Hirepro/Hirevue.
Ensure candidates complete all necessary registration steps before the interview.
Conduct regular follow-ups to minimize candidate no-shows.
Provide candidates with clear instructions for a smooth interview experience.
