Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for Non-IT roles across multiple functions.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and deliver effective hiring strategies.
Lead campus hiring initiatives, including campus connects, pre-placement talks, and fresher hiring drives.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with business heads and leadership teams.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire and positive candidate experience.
Utilize innovative sourcing methods such as social media, networking, employee referrals, and job portals.
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding, ensuring compliance with internal HR policies.
Track and present recruitment metrics including TAT, cost per hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and conduct competitor analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
6-10 years of strong experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Proven expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle.
Hands-on experience in campus hiring.
Strong stakeholder and business management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role with high ownership.
