Job Description

Your primary responsibility as a Human Resources professional at Fireblaze AI School will be to oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes for faculty, trainers, and administrative staff. You will work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
