Coordinate bi-weekly meetings with owners, GM, and managers and maintain proper records. Work on strengthening the company’s brand presence across Jaipur through events and networking. Track local corporate events/fairs and share participation suggestions with owners. Handle complete recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee documents, attendance, leaves, and ensure punctuality. Stay connected with employees to identify issues and maintain a positive work environment. Resolve inter-team conflicts and manage employee engagement activities. Act as a bridge between Marketing and Digital Marketing teams for requirements and coordination. Prepare monthly rosters and company activity calendars and share them in advance. Maintain and update HR policies, employee records, and monthly HR reports. Handle grievances confidentially and conduct exit interviews. Support training and development initiatives for employee skill growth.
