Job Description

Human Resource Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding and induction process for new employees.

  • Employee Relations & Management:

  • Act as an

    HR Business Partner (HRBP)

    to support business units with their HR needs.
  • Handle

    employee engagement

    , provide performance management support, and assist with employee relations.

  • Administration & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Assist with compliance and statutory requirements.
  • Drive HR initiatives that are aligned with the organization's goals.
