Human Resource Executive

As a Human Resources Executive at BLR Brewing Co., you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations and employee relations within our esteemed brewpub locations in Bengaluru. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day HR tasks such as employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and implementing HR policies. - Demonstrating strong knowledge in HR management and operations, with the ability to effectively engage employees. - Developing and implementing HR policies to ensure a conducive work environment. - Utilizing your expertise in human resources practices and procedures. - Showcasing excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with employees and team members effectively. - Collaborating both independently and with team members to drive HR strategies. - Holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Prior experience in the food and beverage industry will be advantageous for this role.
