Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality talent.

2. Onboarding & Orientation

  • Conduct smooth onboarding processes including documentation, ID card generation, system allocation, and induction.
  • Organize orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company culture, policies, and teams.
  • Ensure new hires have a positive onboarding experience and resolve any onboarding-related queries.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and daily HR administrative tasks.
  • Support payroll inputs by collating attendance, leave, and other salary-impacting data.

4. Employee Engagement & Fun Activities

  • Plan, organize, and execute monthly employee engagement activities, festive celebrations, and team-building events.
  • Conduct periodic surveys to assess employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the workplace culture and promote a positive work environment.

5. HR Reports & MIS

  • Prepare and maintain regular HR reports including headcount, attrition, recruitment status, and attendance summaries.
  • Analyze data trends and suggest HR process improvements based on insights.

6. Exit & Off boarding Process

  • Conduct exit interviews and document feedback from outgoing employees.
  • Ensure smooth clearance, full and final settlement coordination, and revoking of system access.
  • Maintain accurate attrition records and reasons for resignation for analysis.

7. Compliance and Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory compliance.
  • Support in drafting and updating HR policies as required.
  • Assist in audits and maintain required documentation for compliance purposes.
