Human Resource - Employee Engagement Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Executive Employee Engagement to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should be a go-getter with a passion for creating a positive employee experience, strong communication and Excel skills, and the ability to draft and implement HR policies. The role involves independently managing responsibilities and taking initiative, while supporting strategic HR processes that drive a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor employee engagement programs and initiatives across the organization. Draft and update HR policies, internal communications, and employee engagement frameworks. Create and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, and employee feedback analyses to support decision-making. Coordinate with Heads of Departments to assist in setting employee goals and Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and support their effective implementation and tracking. Organize and manage internal events, celebrations, recognition programs, and wellness activities. Serve as a liaison between HR and department teams to ensure alignment of engagement and performance-related goals. Take ownership of assigned HR responsibilities and handle challenges proactively and independently. Provide support for various HR initiatives and projects as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in employee engagement or HR roles. Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to draft professional policies, communications, and reports. Proactive, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a focus on execution.
