Responsibilities
- As an HR Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with Background Verification (BGV) processes, including initiation, query management, and validation.
- Managing HRBP mailbox requests, including processing bank/visa letters and responding to exit employee queries.
- Conducting career profile checks in the Workday system.
- Updating key HR trackers, including maternity leave, full-time employees, leave records, exits, and monthly headcount reports.
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc HR requests and administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality and sound judgment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRMS platforms (Workday preferred) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and interact with HR and business teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
