Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and streamline

  HR functions

  and processes for both IT & Manufacturing divisions.
• Develop and implement

  new HR policies

  in alignment with company objectives and compliance standards.
• Strengthen and manage

  organization culture

  for employee engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with

  labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR regulations

  .
• Guide and implement HR practices for

  Green Project set-up

  and sustainable HR initiatives.
• Support management in

  workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management

  .
• Act as a strategic advisor for

  leadership and management teams

  on HR matters.
• Ensure

  smooth HR audits

  and maintain proper documentation.
• Provide mentorship to the HR team for long-term growth.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of

  HR function setup, policy development, and culture management

  .
• In-depth understanding of

  Labour Laws & Compliance

  (Factory Act, ESIC,PF, Gratuity, etc.).
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .

• Manufacturing industry experience

  is

  mandatory

  .
• Ability to drive

  organizational changes and Green Project HR practices

  .
• Must be

  medically fit

  and comfortable working across both

  Kharadi & Wagholi (Kesnand) locations

  .

• Preferred:

  Retired professionals with proven HR leadership experience.

• Immediate Joiners only.

  Temporary Consultant (Not a full-time employment role)
