Job Title: System Administrator Company: Senwell Group Private Limited, Pune Location: Kharadi, Pune Experience: 2 to 6 Years Preference: Immediate Joiner Job Summary: Senwell Group Private Limited is seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices. Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability of IT services. Manage Active Directory, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, and file servers. Handle data backups, disaster recovery, and data security protocols. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues. Install and update software applications and security patches. Manage IT asset inventory, licensing, and documentation. Ensure cybersecurity best practices including antivirus, firewall, and vulnerability management. Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, and support contracts. Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, VPN, and network connectivity issues. Implement IT policies and standards as per company guidelines. Maintain access control systems, biometric systems, and CCTV monitoring solutions. Ensure proper functioning and uptime of internet connectivity, firewall, and VPN solutions. Key Skills: Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022) Active Directory, Group Policy Management Office 365 Administration Network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall) Hardware troubleshooting (Servers, Laptops, Printers, Scanners) Cybersecurity fundamentals Backup and Disaster Recovery Management IT Documentation and Asset Management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications like MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory). Experience in IT support in a corporate/manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
