You will be responsible for overseeing compliance with HR policies, ensuring legal and regulatory adherence, managing employee relations, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of HR activities. Additionally, you will guide the development of job descriptions, support an inclusive work environment, and ensure alignment with the company's values and standards.
