Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource and Talent Acquisition Specialist at our New Delhi office. The Specialist will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Daily tasks include developing and executing employer branding strategies, coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, and maintaining candidate databases. The role also involves conducting background checks and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

Qualifications

• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates
• Skills in Interviewing and assessing candidate fit and qualifications
• Knowledge of Employer Branding and developing strategies to attract talent
• Organise periodic performance appraisals
• Proficiency in Recruiting techniques and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with upper management
• 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Good To Have:

• Knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
