Human Resource Analyst

Role & responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting

  : Gather, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources to generate insights on employee engagement, turnover, performance, and other key HR metrics.

• HR Operations Support

  : Assist with the day-to-day HR operations, including data entry, maintaining employee records, and preparing HR-related documents and reports.

• Employee Engagement

  : Help develop and implement employee engagement surveys and initiatives. Analyze survey results to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

• Technical Tool Utilization

  : Work extensively with HR technology tools and systems. A key part of your role will be creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using

  Power BI

  and advanced functions in

  Microsoft Excel

  .

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience

  : 0 to 2 years of experience in an HR operations or analytics role.

• Education

  : Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.

• Technical Proficiency

  : Must have strong working knowledge of

  Power BI

  and

  Microsoft Excel

  , including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.

• Analytical Skills

  : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into clear, concise findings.

• Soft Skills

  : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. You should be proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
