Job Title: Automation HR Specialist

Location: Chinchwad

Experience: 3+ Years

Education: Bachelors degree or Above

Job Summary:

The Automation HR Specialist will improve HR efficiency by automating processes, managing HRIS systems, and collaborating with teams to implement new solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and automate HR processes.

Implement and manage HR systems (HRIS, ATS).

Train staff on new tools and ensure system compliance.

Generate reports and resolve HRIS issues.

Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in HR automation and technology.

Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure HR staff are proficient in new technologies and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in HR or Business (Masters preferred).

3+ years of HR experience in automation.

Expertise in HRIS, ATS, or automation tools.

Strong project management and technical skills.
