Employment Type:

Compensation:

Stipend of ₹10,000/month during a 6-month training period. Post-probation, candidates will be considered for payroll absorption based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Review applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Update and manage accurate records in the HR database.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
