About the Role:

Human-Centered Design Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:
Lead the strategy, vision, and execution of human-centered design initiatives across multiple products or services.
User Research:
Conduct, oversee, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions.
Design Thinking Facilitation:
Lead workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders and teams to uncover insights and generate innovative solutions.
UX Strategy:
Define and implement design strategies that align user needs with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure user-centric solutions.
Mentorship & Team Development:
Mentor UX/UI designers, researchers, and other team members in human-centered design methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in
Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, or related field
.
Experience in
enterprise, digital product, or service design environments
.
Knowledge of
emerging technologies and how they impact user experience
.
Track record of delivering
high-impact, user-centric digital solutions
.
