Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat
Provide accurate information about products/services
Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
Maintain customer interaction records using CRM tools

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of international chat support experience
Excellent written English communication
Comfortable with flexible shifts and rotational offs
Knowledge of CRM/chat tools preferred
