Hub Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, your role will involve handling audit disbursement of loans and docket management. You will be responsible for ensuring that the files are complete before disbursal and overseeing the timely dispatch of files for archiving. Additionally, you will manage a team of Operations Executives to ensure that all credit and operations processes are followed in the branch. Your responsibilities will also include documentation management to ensure the accuracy of pre and post-approval documentation, tracking, completion, and updating of collected PDD documents, as well as vendor management. It will be essential to enforce the standard operating procedures for all operational functions effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for overseeing the smooth flow of processes related to the business. - Establish an audit framework and conduct audits to address any issues. - Staffing, grooming, team building, motivation, satisfaction, and cost analysis. - Basic analytics and MIS reporting. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Proven experience in operations management. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in basic analytics and MIS reporting tools.
