Ensure indent follow of standard operating procedures for all operational functions. Timely resolve File hold /Recon / Re-payment issues. Preferred candidate profile Responsible for smooth flow of process relating to business. Set up audit framework. Carry out audits and get closure on items Staffing and grooming, team building, motivation, satisfaction and Cost analysis. Basic Analytics and MIS reporting.
