Job Description

Overseeing all daily operations within the hub, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching goods. Ensuring smooth and efficient processes that align with company standards and policies. Maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock levels, and implementing measures to minimize discrepancies, damage, and loss. Planning and coordinating inbound and outbound dispatches to ensure timely delivery of materials. Optimizing routes and load management for efficiency. Supervising, coaching, and developing the hub team, including warehouse staff, drivers, and administrative personnel. Managing relationships with third-party vendors involved in logistics and ensuring they meet performance standards. Tracking key performance indicators, analyzing data, and reporting on hub performance. Addressing operational challenges, implementing solutions, and making informed decisions to optimize hub performance. Maintaining strong communication and collaboration with other teams within the organization, such as customer service and central operations.
