Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the hub, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
Oversee repair and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
Coordinate logistics, transportation, and warehousing operations to meet delivery schedules and inventory management needs.
Develop strategies for refurbishment programs to extend asset life cycle and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

7-12 years of experience in aviation industry with expertise in airport operation or related field.
Strong understanding of hub operations, including baggage handling, cargo processing, passenger services.
Proven track record in managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members from diverse backgrounds.
