Cluster Manager

Role Purpose

The Cluster Manager will oversee endtoend logistics operations across a defined cluster of hubs/branches/lastmile units in the courier/delivery domain. They will be accountable for service levels (SLA), productivity, cost, compliance, team leadership and continual improvement of processes across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Own daytoday operations of all hubs/branches/delivery units within the cluster: inbound, sorting, dispatch, lastmile fulfilment, returns. pikndel.in+2iimjobs.com+2
  
• Ensure delivery SLAs (ontime delivery, accuracy, firstattempt success) are met across the cluster. pikndel.in+1

• Manage manpower, shift rosters, rider/deliverypartner allocation, and equipment/vehicles availability. Apna+1

Quality, Compliance & Safety
