Job Description

Job Summary: The Sales Operations Administrator is responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the sales pipeline and ensuring accurate forecasting within the CRM system. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team to ensure data integrity, timely updates, and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities: Pipeline Hygiene : Regularly review and clean the sales pipeline to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Identify and resolve discrepancies in the CRM system. Ensure all sales opportunities are correctly categorized and updated with the latest information. Forecasting : Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts by analyzing pipeline data. Ensure accurate and timely entry of forecast data into the CRM system. Collaborate with sales managers to validate and adjust forecasts as needed. CRM Management : Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data. Train sales team members on CRM best practices and data entry standards. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and pipeline health. Data Integrity : Conduct regular audits of the CRM system to ensure data integrity. Implement processes and controls to prevent data duplication and errors. Work with IT and other departments to resolve any technical issues related to the CRM system. Support Sales Team : Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in sales operations, CRM management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data management. <
