Engineering Degree or Diploma +ADIS from state board.
Minimum 7 t0 10 years of experience as an HSE Engineer in an industrial or construction project environment.
Develop, implement, and maintain the projects HSE management system in line with company and legal requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards.
Prepare and update project-specific HSE plans, risk registers, and emergency response plans.
Conduct HSE induction and regular training for all site personnel, including subcontractors.
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents to identify root causes and suggest preventive measures.
Maintain accurate HSE documentation and prepare regular reports for project and company leadership.
Monitor and manage the proper use of PPE and other safety equipment on-site.
Liaise with government bodies, third-party inspectors, and clients on all HSE matters.
Promote a proactive safety culture across the project team.
