Key Skills:

1. Minimum 15 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Consulting, or HR Solutions.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or solution design roles.
3. Experience working in HR Outsourcing or Consulting environments.
4. Exposure to leading HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
5. Any Graduates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and creation of end-to-end Talent Acquisition and HR solutions for large, global, and high-volume hiring clients.
• Participate in RFIs, RFPs, and RFx responses, showcasing HR and TA service propositions aligned to client needs.
• Create custom TA and Hire-to-Retire workflows aligned with industry best practices, benchmarks, and technology trends.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert during client presentations, due diligence, workshops, and solution discussions.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and business teams to position solutions that drive revenue growth for existing and new clients.
• Translate business and HR requirements into compelling solution narratives, operating models, and value propositions.
• Develop cost-benefit and impact models highlighting business value and HR outcomes.
• Create and manage reusable solution assets such as case studies, capability decks, demos, and standard presentations.
• Work closely with technology and transformation teams to design and deploy new or customized HR/TA technology solutions.
• Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging HR technologies to strengthen solution differentiation.
• Identify key HR and business metrics and design offerings that deliver measurable impact.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and senior client leadership
