Job Summary: Will be responsible for leading the implementation of a new Human Resource Management System (HRMS)/ Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the implementation process runs smoothly, on time, and on budget. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of HRMS/HRIS within the organization. - Develop and manage the project plan and timeline for the implementation. - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project. - Ensure that the HRMS/HRIS is integrated with other relevant systems and applications. - Conduct testing, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system is fully functional. - Ensure that the HRMS/HRIS meets the organization's requirements and objectives. - Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders and senior management. - Provide support and guidance to end-users and resolve any issues that arise. - Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field. - At least 2 years of experience in HRMS/HRIS implementation. - Exposure in Payroll, PMS, Statutory, Manpower Planning, Recruitment etc.. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and within a team. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
