HRIS Manager

**Job Description:** As a **HRIS Specialist** at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our HR Information Systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Regularly auditing all information saved in HRIS to ensure data accuracy, including employee data, salaries, paid time off policies, FLSA exemptions, business processes, and active integrations. - Compiling compensation reports of employee salaries to assist with developing a budget for annual increases and auditing compensation information regularly. - Troubleshooting systems to ensure accurate data capture across each system. - Resolving HRIS issues and errors quickly, addressing root causes. - Researching and resolving integration issues between HRIS and other platforms as necessary, ensuring accurate system data feeds. - Training users on system usage and providing global technical support. - Researching and evaluating new systems based on company requirements, reviewing costs and benefits, and implementing acquired systems. - Managing and supporting junior HRIS team members. - Completing any other tasks assigned by your manager/supervisor. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations. - Capability to handle sensitive information confidentially. - Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality work at a fast pace. - Effective cross-organizational collaboration. - Attention to detail and problem-solving competencies. - Working knowledge of HRIS. - Problem-solving and analytical skills. - Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed. **Additional Company Details:** By applying for this role, you confirm that you have read and accepted TransPerfect's Privacy Policy, which can be found at [TransPerfect's Privacy Policy](https://www.transperfect.com/about/data-privacy-recruiting).,
