Job Description

Position Summary

The HRIS Implementation Specialist - Compensation is responsible for configuring, migrating, and optimizing compensation management modules. The role ensures accurate setup of pay structures, merit processes, and incentive programs aligned with organizational policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Configure compensation elements, salary structures, grades, and ranges.
  • Migrate compensation data and validate accuracy across pay components.
  • Support merit and bonus cycles by managing configuration and testing.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to align system setup with compensation strategy.
  • Create and maintain documentation for compensation workflows and approval processes.
  • Generate analytical reports and dashboards for compensation planning.


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of HRIS or HCM/Compensation implementation experience (Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, etc.)
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, pay structures, and market benchmarking.
  • Proficiency in data migration, validation, and reporting.



Preferred Skills

  • HRIS or relevant system experience.
  • Experience in HR transformation or global HCM deployments.
