HRIS- SF RCM Analyst role (Remote)

Full time, IndiaWe are seeking an experienced

Recruitment Consultant

with expertise in

SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM)

. The role will support recruitment operations, resolve system-related queries, and assist with implementation queries and optimization of the recruitment module.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will

Act as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management
Configure recruitment workflows, templates, and requisition processes
Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to understand requirements and implement best practices
Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional solutionsAssist in testing, validation, and deployment of enhancements or new features

About You

2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM)
Proven experience in optimization and maintainance projects for recruitment module
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and integration with other SF modules (ONB, EC)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Recruiting Marketing (RMK) is a plus
