Urgent hiring for HRBP Location : Hustlehub Tech Park, Bengaluru Salary : Best in the market Experience : Minimum 3 Years Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all our locations (Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Bangalore). • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and execute effective hiring strategies. • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for the organization. 2. HR Business Partnering • Act as an HRBP for the Mumbai and Bangalore offices, serving as a key point of contact for employees and leadership. • Address employee grievances and concerns, fostering a positive work environment. • Implement and drive HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. • Support leadership in driving cultural and organizational change. 3. Administration & Operations • Oversee office administration for the Mumbai and Bangalore locations. • Ensure smooth office operations, vendor management, and facility maintenance. • Handle compliance-related matters, including labor laws and statutory requirements. • Support travel, logistics, and other administrative requirements as needed. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and HRBP responsibilities. • Experience handling administrative functions in a multi-location setup. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to HR and admin challenges.
