Job Description

Urgent hiring for UI/UX designer Location- Jaipur Experience- 2-5 Years Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs. Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides. Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and accessible standards. Translate complex ideas into elegant and user-friendly interfaces. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech-driven or product-based company. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Solid understanding of design principles, responsive design, and usability best practices. Experience conducting user research and applying insights to improve UX. Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple projects. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and problem-solving abilities. Nice to Have: Experience with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript). Familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects, Principle, or Lottie. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG). Experience designing for mobile apps (iOS and Android).
