Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound reservations through phone, email, and online platforms. Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours, offering personalized recommendations. Maintain accurate records of reservations and cancellations using the companys booking systems. Provide detailed travel information and support, ensuring a smooth booking experience. Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and availability. Utilize Microsoft Outlook for efficient communication, scheduling, and follow-up tasks. Update and maintain client databases and booking records. Qualifications: Prior experience in a reservations or customer service role within the travel and tourism industry is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other office software (Excel, Word). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer service.
