Job Title: UI/UX Developer Req Experience: 3+ Years Job Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Developer to join our cross-functional team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across our software solutions, from conception to deployment. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a knack for visual design, and hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design End-to-End User Experiences: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex AI workflows, dashboards, chatbots, and data explorers. • Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with marketing team, website development team, frontend and backend developers to implement responsive, accessible, and performant UIs using React, Node and TypeScript etc. • Component Libraries & Design Systems: Help maintain and evolve the design system to support scalable development across applications. • User Testing & Feedback Loops: Conduct usability tests, analyze behavior, and iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics. • Cross-Functional Communication: Translate complex functionality into elegant user interactions by partnering with product managers, marketing managers, data scientists, and researchers etc. Must-Have Requirements & Skills To excel in this role, you'll need the following: • Experience: 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on web/mobile- based applications. • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing interactive and data-intensive UI work. • Design Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.). • Technical Implementation: Experience implementing designs with React, Node.js, and TypeScript (you code or work hands-on with developers).

• Front-end Fundamentals: Understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, and responsive design. • Design Principles: Familiarity with user-centered design principles and agile development practices. • Strong Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: An analytical mindset with great attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Good to Have While not strictly required, the following skills and experiences will be a significant advantage: • AI/Data-Driven Experience: Experience designing for AI-powered or data-driven applications. • LLM/GenAI UI Patterns: Exposure to LLM/GenAI-based UI patterns (e.g., chat interfaces, prompt tools, explainability layers). • API Knowledge: Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and Web Socket-based interfaces. • DevOps Tools: Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD basics. • Healthcare Domain Experience: Prior UI/UX development experience for hospital management systems (HMS/HIS). Educational Qualification • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
