JOB TITLE: HRBP/ Shared Services Location: Noida JOB SUMMARY: The incumbent will contribute to the company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies supporting the business objectives. Will Perform HR-related duties at the professional level while supporting more than one functional group (Employee life cycle, employee relations and engagement, policy interpretation and application, HR business partnering and talent management consultation.) Skills and Abilities: Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills. Ability to work cooperatively within diverse teams, work groups, and across the organization. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. E xperience Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations. (Preferably in same industry) Proven track record in employee relations and conflict resolution. Strong background in change management and stakeholder management. Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with Ops Managers to understand their challenges. Provide guidance and support to Managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent management and grievance handling. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. Oversee documentation and maintain organized file management to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance. Partner with ER team and supports engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs. Partner with Talent Development team and Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies and support career development. Be a bridge between employees and Compensation and Benefits/ Payroll team to ensure employees quires are addressed on time and having employees satisfaction level high. Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Ensure all employees are adhering the company policies and procedures. Create and Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Create and maintain Daily / weekly / Monthly / MIS reports. Own and Manage PIP Process from HR standpoint. Conducting Skip level meetings and report to the leadership team with the findings and work with leaders and other function team and address the concerns. Weekly / Monthly, connects with Operations team. Support the HR systems team to maintain employees database and HR systems up to date.
