Role & responsibilities

Partner closely with Sales leadership to drive business-aligned HR strategies
Lead workforce planning, succession pipelines, and agile organizational structures
Manage full-cycle hiring and onboarding for sales roles across markets and channels Strengthen sales effectiveness through precision training and data-driven performance frameworks
Foster performance-driven culture via field coaching, timely feedback, and engagement programs
Resolve employee relations with empathy; drive retention through pulse surveys and action planning
Deliver powerful HR analytics to steer leadership decisions, improve manpower utilization, compliance, and frontline productivity
Drive competitive incentive frameworks linked to market share growth and sales targets

Preferred candidate profile

MBA (Full-time) in Human Resources with 12+ years of HRBP experience, including over 5 years supporting Sales teams in FMCG or FMCD sector.
Proven expertise in leadership influence, talent management, negotiation, HR analytics, and stakeholder engagement within fast-paced consumer-driven environments.
Proficient in HRIS platforms, ATS systems, Excel for analytics, and PowerPoint for impactful presentations.
Demonstrates a business-first mindset and agility, backed by a data-driven approach and empathetic leadership style that resonates with frontline and commercial teams.
Open to frequent travel.
