Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent will play the role of HR Business Partner and will be responsible for employee life cycle management, facilitating and implementing the HR processes, practices & policies at Egmore Office and deployment of various HR initiatives.

# Organization Structure - Understanding of organization chart in terms of business strategy

# HR Planning & Staffing Managing end to end recruitment process as per business requirement.

# Onboarding - Joining formalities & Induction

# Capability building through Learning and Development - L& D intiatives, plan, aherence and effectiveness, anchoring e-learning platform # Talent management - Employee Retention, Career Development plans, Grow from within, Mobility, Competency Management.

# HR Communication, People Policy Administration & Implementation

# Facilitating effective implementation of the Companys Performance Review System, Reward & Recognition programs

# Involvement in CSR and Learn While Earn initiative

# Be an employee champion to understand and address employee concerns. # Drive initiatives aimed at encouraging people involvement.

# Monitoring and tracking People Involvement in various continuous improvement activities. # Support Implementation of People Development Pillar.

# Managing employee master data and personal dossier. # Benchmarking and implementation of best HR practices.

# Driving digital, innovation and new ways of working in HR.

# Developing entry level skills and competencies - Skill maxtix & skill progression mapping.

Nature of Experience:

  • Experience of working in areas of recruitment & selection, learning and development process, and employee life cycle management.
  • Exposure in People practices & Employee engagement.
  • Understanding of HR Concepts, processes & in particular HRIS
  • Should have exposure to benchmark HR systems & practices.
  • Should have experience of working in manufacturing industry.
