Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Foster strong employee relations and provide support to ensure a smooth post-acquisition and onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring mandates and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Drive employee relations strategy aligned with business and culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
  • Conduct ER diagnostics, pulse checks, and engagement audits to address concerns proactively.
  • Lead regional engagement initiatives, events, and employee connect programs.
  • Build capability among managers on progressive ER practices and culture leadership.
  • Partner with leadership on attrition insights, people analytics, and retention actions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 6 to 8 years of HR experience with strong focus on Employee Relations / HRBP / Engagement, only from NBFCs / Banks / Financial Services
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a balanced, empathetic approach
  • Experience managing multi-location teams
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
