Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Foster strong employee relations and provide support to ensure a smooth post-acquisition and onboarding process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring mandates and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Drive employee relations strategy aligned with business and culture.
Act as a trusted advisor for grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
Conduct ER diagnostics, pulse checks, and engagement audits to address concerns proactively.
Lead regional engagement initiatives, events, and employee connect programs.
Build capability among managers on progressive ER practices and culture leadership.
Partner with leadership on attrition insights, people analytics, and retention actions.

Preferred candidate profile

6 to 8 years of HR experience with strong focus on Employee Relations / HRBP / Engagement, only from NBFCs / Banks / Financial Services
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a balanced, empathetic approach
Experience managing multi-location teams
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
