HRBP Intern

What you'll do

• Assist with onboarding and induction of new joiners
• Support documentation, employee records, and HR systems (Keka / trackers/sheets)
• Coordinate exit formalities and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update people data, trackers, and dashboards
• Support attendance, leave management, and policy communication
• Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, surveys, and townhalls
• Support RR programs, festive celebrations, and internal campaigns
• Assist with ENPS / engagement survey coordination and follow-ups
• Coordinate trainings (POSH, induction, manager programs, etc.)
• Track participation and completion status
• Support content creation for internal learning communication
• Assist the team on special people initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and basic insights for leadership reviews

What Were looking For:

• Graduate / final-year student in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel and basic presentations
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Prior HR internship experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
