Job Description

Job Purpose: To support and manage various HR functions at the corporate level, including employee engagement, HR operations, policy implementation, and compliance, ensuring smooth execution of HR strategies across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or ERP systems. Support in drafting and implementing HR policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications, and welfare initiatives. Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with the finance team. Manage the issuance of letters Increment, confirmation, etc. Assist in training & development programs and monitor training effectiveness. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR standards. Generate periodic HR MIS reports for management review. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support grievance handling. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and employment laws. Proficient in MS Office , especially Excel and Word; exposure to HRMS or ERP is preferred. Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism . Time management and the ability to multitask effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: BBA / BA / B.Com); Masters degree in HR / MBA (HR) is an advantage. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar HR role, preferably in a corporate setup.
