HRBP – Consumer Durable Industry
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5–12 Years

Job Description:
A dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is required to align business objectives with employees and management across designated business units. The role involves consulting with leadership on HR matters, driving employee engagement, and facilitating organizational change while acting as an employee advocate.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnering

  • Partner with business leadership to understand priorities and align HR strategies accordingly.
  • Develop HR initiatives that strengthen performance, culture, and employee engagement.

Talent Management

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate functions.
  • Oversee onboarding practices to ensure effective integration of new hires.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to enhance workforce capability.

Performance Management

  • Support goal-setting, feedback delivery, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify high-potential talent and enable career development pathways.
  • Address performance challenges constructively and on time.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a primary contact for HR policies, procedures, and employee concerns.
  • Facilitate resolutions for employee relations matters and conduct investigations when needed.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.

HR Metrics & Compliance

  • Analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor workforce trends, retention, and engagement indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulatory requirements.

Change Management

  • Support the implementation of organizational changes within corporate functions.
  • Assist in planning and communicating change initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to employees during transitions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with exposure to business partnering roles.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations & performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour legislation.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with stakeholder management capability.
  • Proactive, solution-driven, and strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
