What will you drive? Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring a people-first approach to business growth. Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Drive initiatives that foster a positive work culture, enhance employee experience, and improve engagement across teams. Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Support talent acquisition, internal mobility, and succession planning to ensure the right talent is in place for business success. Performance Management: Implement and drive performance evaluation processes, providing guidance to managers on feedback, goal setting, and career development. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a healthy work environment. HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, proactively addressing HR risks and maintaining HR best practices. Learning & Development: Identify training needs, collaborate with the L&D team, and facilitate leadership development programs to upskill employees. HR Analytics & Decision Support: Utilize HR data and analytics to drive insights, measure HR effectiveness, and recommend improvements to policies and programs. Change Management & Organizational Development: Support business transformations, restructuring, and change management initiatives by ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication. Who are we looking for? HR Strategist: Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and employee engagement strategies. Business Acumen: Ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and contribute to organizational success. Problem Solver: A proactive and solutions-driven mindset to address workforce challenges effectively. Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels. People-Centric Approach: Passionate about employee well-being, culture-building, and fostering a high-performance work environment. Data-Driven Decision Maker: Experience in leveraging HR analytics and insights for continuous improvement. Experience & Qualification: 3-7 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar HR function. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
