Our company focuses on delivering excellence in everything we do, and we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Admin & Plant Operations Executive to join our growing team.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office space, fostering a productive work environment.
  • Manage documentation, records, and files, ensuring easy retrieval and proper archiving.
  • Handle and maintain employee records, attendance, and HR-related documentation.
  • Assist the HR team with maintaining employee records and other essential HR tasks.
  • Oversee and coordinate regular cleaning activities within the plant, ensuring high cleanliness standards are maintained.
  • Fill out and maintain plant logbooks for cleaning schedules, maintenance activities, and operational checks.
  • Record pest and rodent control activities, ensuring all actions comply with health and safety standards.
  • Ensure that all logs are up-to-date and accessible for audits, inspections, or any required compliance checks.
  • Oversee and coordinate pest and rodent control measures within the plant.
  • Liaise with external vendors for pest control services and maintain accurate records of pest management activities.
  • Ensure that plant operations adhere to all safety protocols, creating a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure that safety measures are consistently followed by all plant staff.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative ideally within a manufacturing or plant environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of plant maintenance, cleaning procedures, and pest control methods is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
