Position: HR & Admin Executive

Salary: 15000-25000 pm
Location:Jaipur

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources & Admin Executive. The candidate will be responsible for end to end recruitment for different junior level positions and also responsible for other hr related activities.

Qualifications
· Little Bit of Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
· Checking of attendance register and Payroll making.Knowledge of online portals.Carried out personal work of directors.· Good Communication skills and possess good confidence.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Also support the process.· Strong attention to detail· Should be graduate.· Experience in the financial services industry is a plus· Strong knowledge of job posting sites, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools· · Strong organizational and time management skills· Attention to detail and accuracy· · Professional certification in HR or related field would be beneficialKnowledge of Admin , Hardware and Software.Knowledge of Hard & Software· Fluent in Hindi and EnglishQualification- Bcom,/ Mcom or Worked under CA/ CS.
