HR Trainee

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals and social media.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain employee records, databases, and documentation.
  • Support in onboarding and induction activities for new joiners.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, offers, and joining formalities.
  • Help in attendance, leave management, and basic HR operations.
  • Support HR team in daily tasks, employee engagement activities, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain confidentiality.

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic understanding of HR functions.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
